Our Delivery Information

At F.L. Aromatherapy & Beauty Products, we are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you safely, promptly, and in perfect condition. Please read the following Delivery Information carefully, as it forms part of the Terms and Conditions governing purchases made through our website.

  • We currently deliver to addresses within India.
  • For international delivery requests, please contact our customer support team at looksflawa@gmail.com / (+91) 98047 88701 before placing your order.
  • Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes or restricted zones where courier access is not permitted.

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 working days depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events.

  • Standard delivery is free of cost for orders above ₹ 1000 across India.
  • Orders below this amount will attract a flat shipping fee of ₹ 100.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
  • You may track your order on the courier partner’s website using the tracking ID provided.

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.
  • In such cases, re-shipment may be arranged at the customer’s cost.

  • All goods remain the property of Flawa until full payment has been received.
  • Once the order is delivered and signed for at the specified delivery address, responsibility for the product passes to the customer.

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by writing to looksflawa@gmail.com with photographs of the package and contents.
  • We will investigate and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Flawa shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by natural calamities, transportation strikes, customs delays, governmental restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
