Our Returns & Refunds Policy

At F.L. Aromatherapy & Beauty Products, we value your satisfaction and take utmost care in ensuring that every product is delivered in excellent condition. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully, as it governs all purchases made through our website.

Products are eligible for return only if:

  • They are damaged, defective upon delivery.
  • They are returned in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

Note: Due to the personal and hygienic nature of aromatherapy and beauty products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Customers must raise a return request within 2 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

  2. Our support team will verify the claim and provide instructions for return shipping (if approved).
  3. Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
  • Items purchased on sale or promotional offers (unless damaged/defective).
  • Gift vouchers, e-gift cards, or personalized products.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping charges are applicable as per the nature of return.

  • Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
  • Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

  • Orders can be cancelled by the customer before dispatch by contacting our support team.
  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We may require photographs or an unboxing video to verify the claim.
